BASF Increases Prices for Polyurethane Products in Europe
2010-01-27 [Source: Pudaily]
With immediate effect, or as contract terms allow, BASF will be increasing its prices for diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and polyol basic products in Europe by EUR 200.00 per tonne.
The price adjustments are related to the significant rise in raw material and energy costs, says the company. The prices for polyurethane systems and specialities will, as contract terms allow, be raised accordingly.
