Crude MDI Market Snapshot in East China Today

PUdaily, Shanghai- Today, crude MDI quotes increase obviously in the local market, but transactions are not good as expected. Traders say as suppliers have raised February quotes at a fast rate, they have to increase prices as well. Meanwhile, it is profitless to buy inventory from suppliers' hands at present. In addition to the huge rises of polyols prices, traders are facing capital problem.
In the local trading market, the overall quotes are up to RMB16000-16300/t. However, transactions are limited and traders refuse to reduce prices. Thus the market enters in a deadlock today.
